Return Policy

SnS is beyond grateful that you took the time to search, purchase and support our company to find that perfect item! Our goal is to supply you with the highest quality of products, and services.  We understand there are sometimes hiccups with products. Therefore we, want to rectify the issue with offering you a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products. 

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging 
• Shipping fees are not refundable
• Customer is responsible for all shipping fees including the shipping fees to return product(s)
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
• Event tickets do not apply to the 30-day return policy. We offer a reapplication policy [allows you to apply 50% of the cost  of the event to brunch dining] 

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return
2. Send all items back to us within 30 days of receipt of package

• How long does it take to receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit?

The refund will be provided within 14 days of receipt of the product and quality inspection

Any shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

• How you handle lost or damaged returns?

We recommend putting insurance on the merchandise for those rare instances of  lost packages
